Lunch time from Tuesday to Friday

ENTRÉES
Cream of Potato with carrot parmentier and sauteed mushrooms
Salad with assortment of cheeses and pistachio vinaigrette
Meat ravioli with saffron béchamel and bacon
Rockfish pie with fantasy salads and cocktail sauce
Lentil stew with ribs and black botifarra
Crispy prawns with romesco sauce. (supl +2€).

MAIN DISHES
Creamy rice with quail, artichoke and truffle oil
Baked sea bass supreme with potato, onion and tomato
Grilled pork secret with hummus, zucchini and coal oil
Confit of duck thigh with pears and muscat sauce
Escalivada with grille potato and anchovies
Codfish confited at low temperature with asparagus and romesco sauce (supl +4€)

DESSERTS
Strawberry soup with yogurt foam
Sloe cheesecake with honey toffee
Natural pineapple with burnt cream
Sacher cake with white chocolate sauce
