Lunch time from Tuesday to Friday

ENTRÉES
Cream of leek soup with croutons and basil oil.
Salad of lettuce hearts with baked pepper, mozzarella pearls and anchovy vinaigrette.
Scrambled eggs, artichoke and garlic shoots with vegetable chips.
Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce, manchego cheese and truffle oil.
Focaccia of vegetables and brie cheese au gratin with bacon.
Crispy prawns with romesco sauce. (supl. + 3€)

MAIN DISHES
Black rice with prawns.
Salmon supreme micuit with ratatouille, fine herbs butter and parmentier of broccoli.
Pickled leg of duck on potatoes with cream and Ras el Hanout sauce.
Hock of pork on sautéed basmati rice and apple parmentier
Roast vegetables and grill potato with anchovies and carbón oil.
Codfish confited at low temperature with asparagus and romesco sauce. (supl. + 5€)

DESSERTS
Greek yogurt cream with tangerine sorbet.
Rice Pudding (Made with Coconut Milk) caramel foam.
Truffled cake with white chocolate.
Panna cotta au Baileys.
Ice-cream cup (Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate or lemon)
