Another of our exquisite seasonal menus:

Entrées

Home-made foie terrine.
Iberian ham with coca bread and tomato
Croquettes of Iberian ham
Croquettes of wild mushroom and foie
Rockfish soup with mussels and Norway lobsters.
Platter of grilled vegetables with romesco sauce.
Our Galician-style octopus with mashed potatoes and “carbón” oil

Main Dishes

Rice casserole with European lobster (1/2) and clams. Min. 2 pers.
Turbot “Suquet” (Catalan fishermen stew) with potatoes, shrimps and clams.
Grilled sole.
Shoulder of Suckling kid roast at low temperature
Baked suckling pig at low temperature with graten of potato and bacon and truffle sauce
“Chuleton” Veal steak (1kg) cooked to the stone with arugula and parmesan (Minim 2 pers. Supl. 5€ /person)

Desserts

Apple Tatín cake with vanilla ice-cream.
Strawberry soup with yogurt ice cream and forest fruits.
Tepid cocoa cake with chocolate sauce and coconut ice cream
Tiramisu with caramel ice cream
