Our most complete and successful Season Menu:

Entrées

Gazpacho with melon pearls, shrimps and fresh mint oil
Salad with goat cheese and pistachio vinaigrette.
Avocado and mozzarella salad with fig vinaigrette
Melon flower with Iberian cured ham shavings
Marinated salmon Gravlax style with mesclun and brioche avec saffron saffron
Focaccia of zucchini with roasted pepper, au gratin with brie cheese and Iberian ham
Coca bread with tomato and anchovies

Main Dishes

Small veal entrecotte with potato and bacon au gratin, asparagus and foie in Port wine sauce.
Chicken and truffle cannellonis with Parmentier of parmesan, prawns and Ras el Hanout sauce.
Pork “secret” with Potatoes au gratin and biryanirice sautéed
Supreme of salmon with hummus and sautéed mushrooms.
