Lunch time from Tuesday to Friday

ENTRÉES
Cream of leek soup with croutons and basil oil.
Lentils salad with shredded salt cod, tomato and pepper with strawberry vinaigrette.
Beans sautéed with artichokes, white bull and ham shavings.
Gnocchis al Monte (with mushrooms, smoked bacon and onion).
Focaccia of vegetables and brie cheese au gratin with bacon.
Crêpe of foie with saffron béchamel, fried egg and Parmesan shavings. Supl. + 3€

MAIN DISHES
Black rice with prawns.
Hake Suquet (Catalan fishermen stew) with potatoes, shrimps and hard-boiled egg.
Veal ribs on trinxat de la Cerdanya and mustard sauce.
Breast of guinea fowl stuffed with dates and foie, with couscous and Banyuls wine sauce.
Roast vegetables and grill potato with anchovies and carbón oil.
Tuna steak on ratatouille, light mashed potatoes and olivada. + 4 €

DESSERTS
Pears in wine with vanilla ice cream.
Caramelized Catalan custard.
Stewed strawberries with coconut ice cream.
Sacher – torte with white chocolate
