Lentils salad with shredded salt cod, tomato and pepper with strawberry vinaigrette
Carpaccio of salmon marinated with fine herbs
Cream of carrot soup with Parmentier of tender garlic and asparagus
Sautéed fusilli with prawns, mussels and ink sauce

MAIN DISHES
Bacon risotto with mushroom and bull negre (kind of Catalan sausage)
Asparagus involtini with roast pepper, potato cream and “olivada”
Chicken and truffle cannellonis with Parmentier of potatoes, curry sauce and crispy parmesan
Sea bass suprème basque style with chickpeas and vegetables.

Cheese cake with white chocolate sauce and pistachio ice cream
Lychees soup with yogurt ice cream
Hazelnuts sponge cake with custard
