Captain’s Menu

Gazpacho with melon pearls, shrimps and fresh mint oil.
Salad with goat cheese and pistachio vinaigrette.
Marinated salmon Gravlax style with mesclun and brioche avec saffron saffron.
Millefeuille of grilled zucchini and Roast pepper au gratin with brie cheese and Iberian cured ham.
Melon flower with Iberian cured ham shavings.
Crispy prawns with romesco sauce. Supl+1,5€

Small veal entrecotte with potato and bacon lasagna, asparagus and foie in Port wine sauce.
Stewed veal cheek cannelloni, with Parmesan parmentier, cream of curry and small cuttlefish.
Pork “secret” with Potatoes au gratin and rice sautéed.
Tuna on ratatouille, light potato cream, crispy leek and olivada.
Grilled fresh sardines from the bay.
